Shipping policy
Made to order
Every JCS Faith shirt and hoodie is printed just for you after you order. Nothing sits in a warehouse, which is why we can offer every design in every size and color.
How long it takes
- Printing: 2 to 5 business days.
- Delivery in the US: usually 3 to 7 business days after printing.
- Total: most orders arrive in 6 to 12 business days.
Planning a gift or an event? Please order at least two weeks ahead. Around holidays, allow a few extra days.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and where they are going. If you order several items, they may be printed at different facilities and arrive in separate packages. You only pay the shipping shown at checkout.
Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking as soon as each package ships.
Where we ship
We ship to all US states. International shipping is available to the countries listed at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes charged by their country.
Delays and delivery
Once a package ships, it is in the hands of the carrier. We are not able to control delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or peak seasons, but we will always help you track down a late package.
